Chelsea records ten property sales as most prices go undisclosed
Chelsea recorded ten property sales between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only two disclosed a sale price: $200,000 for 12 Admirals Way and $350,000 for 25 Gillooly Road, the period's highest-priced transaction, putting the disclosed range at $200,000 to $350,000 with a $275,000 median. Three sales clustered on Crescent Avenue, all involving condominium units with price not disclosed, and two of those entries listed the same trust as a party. Bank of America NA or Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. figured in three transactions. With most prices undisclosed, the period's overall market tone cannot be determined from this data alone.
