The median of the two recorded prices is $466,250. The other nine transactions listed no consideration amount, a common feature of deed data. Records show at least five transactions involved a bank, mortgage company or MERS as buyer or seller, and three moved property between individuals and their own living trusts. No two sales shared a street, and three involved condominium units.
