Chelsea recorded 12 property transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds has posted a sale price for only one so far: $400,000 for the condominium at 101 Addison St Unit 1, sold by Gerado and Gerardo Portillo to Eastern Bank. Prices for the other 11 transfers, including two units at 60 Dudley St. and two separate properties tied to seller Gonzalo Artigas, were not yet available at reporting time. Several transfers moved property into trusts rather than to new owners, and one deed listed the city of Chelsea and a state agency as sellers. With most prices still pending, the period's overall price trend cannot yet be assessed.
