Suffolk County Registry of Deeds records show 13 property transfers in Chelsea between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only one, a $443,000 sale involving seller Maire Guinee and buyer New American Funding LLC, had a recorded price as of this report. The other 12 transactions, including paired sales on Marlborough Street, Summit Avenue, Jefferson Avenue and Shawmut Street, await price data, which typically posts within about a week of recording. Four of the 13 transfers involved condominium units, and several bank entities, including Wells Fargo and Metro Credit Union, appear as sellers. With most prices still pending, market tone for the period cannot yet be determined from available data.
